It&rsquo;s simple but ends up being SUCH a delicious combination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sushi rice<\/strong>: simple short grain rice mixed with rice vinegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Furikake<\/strong>: if you&rsquo;ve never used this before, it&rsquo;s also referred to as rice seasoning. It&rsquo;s a mixture of crumbled nori (seaweed), toasted sesame seeds, sugar and salt. Place them in a large bowl and pour on the marinade ingredients and let sit for about 30 minutes. I tried this recipe once without really marinating the tofu and it turned out well! But, I suggest letting it sit for optimal flavor if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, mix into the tofu the whipped cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha. Set aside while you prep the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make the sushi rice and then press it firmly into your casserole dish.
