It&rsquo;s one of my all time favorite meals to make in the summer when basil and tomatoes are so deliciously ripe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we&rsquo;re adding extra protein with some simply marinated and saut&eacute;ed tofu! LOL.
