Using a kitchen scale ensures that you get the exact amount called for in the recipe, every single time. Most baking recipes (including this one!) work best with a standard measurement of 120 grams of flour per cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&rsquo;t have a kitchen scale yet?
